Find a large box
    17”x17” - 24”x24” is ideal
    * Need help finding a LARGE box? click here for ideas.
    Smaller items (NOT laser cartridges or laptops) may be shipped in a smaller box
   
Pack the box with items
    Remove items from original packaging, except DVDs which must include original cases
Fill any empty space with packing material and reinforce seams with packing tape
Pack inkjet cartridges in a grocery bag to prevent leakage
If you only have laser cartridges, send 10+ per box
Affix one pre-paid FedEx label per box. Do not photocopy labels.
    Write down each tracking number (see example to the right) for
your records
Call FedEx to schedule a pick up, (888) 777-6040. You will receive a PRP confirmation number; this number cannot be used to track shipments
   
Damaged items have no value, please pack boxes with this in mind
DO NOT SEND: tubes, bottles, tanks or ribbons
 
Accessories have no value but can be included in shipments of items with value.
